Makin's Clay Bangle Bracelet

While at the CHA Mega Show we did several Make and Take projects showcasing Makin's® Clay in different projects.  Doing Make and Takes is one way to show attendees the properties of Makin's® Clay and how easy it is to use in creating projects.

On the first day of the show we created Makin's Clay® Bangle Bracelet's

In this photo Beth is showing how easy this bracelet is to make.

First we painted the DIY Bangle with Earth Safe Finishes Iridescents and while that was drying

Makin's Clay was rolled out to about 1/8" then a Texture sheet was used to add dimension.  

Next a cutter of choice was used to create the shape; 

these were then glued onto the bangle with Beacon Adhesives Tacky Glue......

Clay Wreath for Fall

Last week I shared the steps for creating a Makin's Clay® Mask using the Earth Tones Clay and the Leaves Push Mold.....well you are not limited to Mask....be creative and see what other home dec items you can create using this easy technique.....

Here is a Makin's Clay® Wreath for Fall which I created the same way as the mask only instead of gluing the leaves to a mask I glued them to a 9" DIY Wooden Craft Ring....again quick and easy!
