Makin's Clay® for Beginner Clay Artists

Makin's Clay® is easy to use for crafters of all ages and all skill levels.  Even beginners can create unique jewelry and craft embellishments.  These earrings and this tie on bracelet were two of the first projects I ever created with Makin's Clay® - and they could easily be recreated by almost anyone.  The center beads on the earrings were hand rolled with white clay, then colored with Ranger Alcohol Inks and sealed with JudiKins Diamond Glaze.  Seed beads were added with the focal beads to goldtone hoops.   The tie on bracelet started with just a pretty piece of ribbon.  I mixed clay to create the teal color and rolled it out and cut it with a round cutter.  The ribbon was mounted centered over the round piece.  A flower was made with the Flower push mold and added over the top of the ribbon.  It would be easy to change the colors for either of these projects or to even create whimsical seasonal bracelets for Halloween, Easter, Christmas and more with patterned ribbons - Cindi
