Memory Heart for Jim Wark by Pat Krauchune

Design Team Member Patricia Krauchune recently shared another of her touching memory heart pendants here on her blog.  She created three of these for the family of a friend who was lost recently to prostate cancer - and included a blue ribbon on the back.  Pat used two Makin's® Texture Sheets on her hearts.
