Witchy Card:
Create a legal sized card from cream cardstock.
Adhere a layer of cardstock and pattern paper to card.
Using white clay, mix with yellow paint.
Using an Xacto knife, create a moon from the yellow clay.
Adhere the moon to a doily and place on the card.
Die cut a witch and add atop the moon.
Using the Halloween Clay Cutters, cut a witch hat from black clay.
Adhere the hat to the witch die cut.
Add a bit of brown clay rolled into a ball for her eye.
Use the Extruder with brown clay to create clay lengths.
I wanted to create broom bristles so I added layers of extruded clay together.
I wrapped a smaller piece around them to tie them together.
Pumpkin Card:
Cut cardstock and pattern paper to fit the card.
Die cut a sign using the Cricut Expression and add to the card.
Mix white clay with orange paint.
Use Halloween Clay Cutters to cut pumpkins and assorted elements to use on future projects.
Mix assorted colors to achieve different colored leaves.
Adhere the thicker extruded lengths to the card.
Adhere pumpkins and leaves on top.
Using the thinner extruded lengths, mix amongst the pumpkins.
I love how easy it is to work with Makin's Clay® to create a wide variety of projects. And for card makers like me, I find the clay does not add much bulk.
Happy Halloween everyone.
Thanks for stopping by today.
